In order to secure your preferred date and space, Ravisloe requires a contract to be signed by Client with an initial deposit of two-thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($2000.00). The required deposit is Non-Refundable and may be used towards the balance of the total final cost of your event or towards any amount owed due to client cancellation as outlined in the contract.
Our ivy-covered courtyard is a beautiful setting for your ceremony as well as for people to step outside throughout the evening. You may even decide to toss your bouquet from our balcony or grab some fresh air at our gazebo.
OUTDOOR RECEPTION
Due to the permanent installation of string lights in the courtyard, we are unable to accommodate tented receptions in this space. Additionally, unpredictable weather and strong wind tunnels make the courtyard unsuitable for hosting receptions.
For wedding parties that have both a ceremony and reception at Ravisloe have access to our bridal suite and grooms room 7 hours prior to their wedding until 1 hour after their wedding end time.
If additional time is needed please check with us to see if it is possible to have this arranged with an early access fee of $500.
Those who are hosting a reception only have access to the bridal suite and groom’s room 3 hours prior to their wedding reception. If you would like full day access to the bridal suite/groom's room there would be an additional fee of $750.
It would be the responsibility of the client to find a licensed business who can retain a permit with the city of homewood to operate a professional fireworks display. All information must be discussed with us for our approval. A copy of the permit and any additional information must be presented to us as well.
There is absolutely NO amateur use of fireworks allowed on the premises!! The authorities will be notified and any person using fireworks will be removed from the property.
